Q. How many days notice will I need to give to book in a rubbish removal job?
A. In general all we need is 1 days notice. Where possible, same day bookings are available.

Q. How do you charge?
A. We charge on a cubic metre basis and are happy to offer you a firm price with an obligation free, onsite quote.

Q. What areas do you service?
A. We service the Sydney CBD and up to a 20km radius of this area. For a full list of suburbs see our “Areas We Service“ page.

Q. What type of rubbish do you remove?
A. We’ll remove any waste that’s non-hazardous. For example:-

• Household rubbish – Whitegoods, Furniture, Homewares, Appliances, Renovation Waste
• Garden Waste – Tree Cuttings, Soil, Leaves, Sheds, Paving, Concrete and Clean-Ups
• Office Rubbish – Office Furniture, Computers, Shop Fittings, Paper, Cardboard
• Industrial Waste – Machinery, Pipes, Mesh, Metals, Plastic, Packing Materials
• Clean-outs – Deceased Estates, Leased and recently Sold Properties

Q. What happens to the rubbish you take away?
A. All rubbish is sorted into recyclable and non-recyclable goods and taken to transfer stations or recycling plants. We pride ourselves on our recycling effort.

Q. Are you open 7 days?
A. We’re open Monday to Saturday and closed on Sunday’s and public holidays.

Q. What’s the difference between your rubbish removal service and hiring a skip bin?
A. There are many differences between us and skip bins.

With a skip you:-

1. pay for the entire bin even if you only half fill it.
2. do the heavy lifting and physical work yourself and risk injury or damaging property.
3. need a space big enough for it to sit. You may also need to pay council for a permit.
4. will need to be available for drop off and pick up which means more time wasting.

With our rubbish removal service you:-

1. only pay for the rubbish we take away. Our rates are calculated by the cubic metre.
2. sit back and relax while we load our trucks. Why risk injury and waste your spare time?
3. only need street access for us to load our trucks. There are no hidden costs either.
4. need not worry about multiple booking times. We arrive, quote, load and leave – EASY!
